Great place! The owner is a sad White Sox fan. other than that, the whole staff are great people. The course is harder than it looks and the greens and fairways stay in good shape. It's off the beaten path and very quiet.
Nice course. It can get pricey near holidays. They get very busy so get a tee time or get there early.
Nice little track. Relatively short, 5500 yards or so, excellent challenge for all ages. I will play again.
Nice little find in the tiny hamlet of Hamlet. Really kind staff. Well cared for course. Would have given full 5 stars but I imagine for some it may not offer quite enough challenge or particularly creative in its design. I'd come back!
I personally consider the Hamlet Golf course a hidden gem. Their greens fees are very reasonable for the quality of the course. Go check it out!
